I have a question. My dad is using Celcom postpaid and he is planning to change to Maxis postpaid. The last when we asked Maxis around June last year, they said that only can switch between prepaids. Has it been implemented already?

Another thing, my sis has digi prepaid and she wants to switch to maxis prepaid. I found that that we must finish all the balance before changing network. How much do they charge for switching the network?

Thank you.

What is MNP?

My mum and myself are using hotlink prepaid now. That's why i thought if my sis changes to maxis, the calls will be cheaper. I haven't checked digi's plan yet.

mnp is to port your number from one telco to another telco
if u wanna change into post paid plans, and intend for using sup lines then i'll reccomend digi post paid to you..
becos accordingly, there will be free calls and sms and mms using digi 1 family postpaid plan

however if using maxis than will be 30 hrs free between u and ur main line only..

smarter side cos will be cheaper gua.. no offence.. jz my 2sens
well i also swtich to digi dy.. my bills now are cheaper than last time when i was using hotlink..
however still doubting whether or not the calls and sms are free for supline and mainline.

however must add on that digi coverage sometimes not so good..
but issit maxis coverage nowadays also lacking?

Thanks for clarifying. My mum, my sis and myself usually don't spend more than Rm30 each for our monthly top up. Always got extras. That's why i don't want to take line. My aunt recently changed her maxis to digi postpaid family plan. She said a lot of savings. smile.gif

I was just looking through the digi's postpaid plan. For 1 family, the usage commitment is rm30. Is it for each line or the combination of all the lines?
