hi all, i want to port from MAXIS to CELCOM

what documents do i need to bring to CELCOM ?

I dont want to go CELCOM then they ask me to produce documents that i dont have with me such as proof that my payment for maxis is up to date /photocopy IC/photocopy creditcard.

and should i go CELCOM first to port ? or go maxis tell them i wanna port then only go celcom ?
