Hi. Currently on webe and have 1 sub. Intend to port out and port in to Maxis. Checked with webe CS they told sub does not need to convert to principal. Straight away request both number to port into Maxis. Is that right?

Just ported out from webe to Maxis.

I know that webe does not support Apple iMessage and FaceTime for phone numbers so during that time, I wasn't using phone number as my ident.

So now since I ported in to Maxis, I can't enable my existing number with iMessage and FaceTime.

Anyone encounter this issue before with Apple devices? Checked with all of them and as usual, pointing finger to one and another.
