How do I MNP from umobile prepaid to Hotlink? Do I have to buy a new Hotlink prepaid SIM pack then request to switch https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/plans/fast.htmlor apply to switch and have the new SIM deliver to me? https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/plans/mobile-...ortability.htmlThis post has been edited by kurtlim: May 21 2017, 10:33 PM

QUOTE(Deniece611 @ May 21 2017, 11:18 PM) I port from DiGi to Hotlink before, I believe the procedures are the same. I used this method last time > "apply to switch and have the new SIM deliver to me" And I don't think the first method works... Because I saw this post and the page on Hotlink, I thought they need me to have a Hotlink SIM in order to switch. So confirm just have to fill up the form from their MNP page and wait for the new SIM to arrive?

QUOTE(Deniece611 @ May 26 2017, 01:04 PM) Sorry for the late reply, maybe you misunderstood what they said, the process is like this, you fill up the MNP form, they will send you a sim card, after receive the sim card, you need to message something (it will come with an instruction paper) to hotlink to port out from your current telco and get your sim card activated. Alright, thanks for the replies, I will proceed to fill up their online form.
