I want to share my MNP experience. I walk in Maxis Center to port in my Digi number to Hotlink. I have received SMS from Maxis they have received my request to join them at time 1225. After 4 hours, I have received sms from Digi to confirm port out request. Wait until morning, Digi sent me SMS say my port out request was rejected because my account is not active!

Before I MNP, I have double check my account will expired on next month. I can call out, use data and Digi say my line is not active so cant port out.
I ask Digi live chat, cs say I have not to turn on AIRPLANE MODE or remove SIM card during MNP is under processing.

Then I call Maxis center again to submit my port in request, wait another 4 hours reply SMS to Digi. Then wait 6 hours later my line is successful MNP to Hotlink now.
