Brother, i tell you what, celcom MNP really suck, i have been doing it twice!!

First i apply it at Sunway Pyramid Bluecube center by 1/11/08, but i wait until 12/11/08 it still no have any news, so i call to celcom center & check, they tell me Celcom system no have my MNP number record!! OMG!! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif , then i ask why!! They tell me it is because of that stupid Sunway Pyramid Bluecube Center not summit my application form!!! WALAMAK!!!! vmad.gif vmad.gif

After few day, i go direct to Celcom Center near CitiBank Building & apply again by 15/11/08, but until now still not receive any welcome msg from celcom...... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Actually before that i already port my number from Digi to Maxis, now i want port to Celcom, & i already make sure clear all the current outstanding bill with Digi & Maxis.

& As my experience last time Maxis only use 24 hours already success port my number from Digi to Maxis.

i want switch to celcom is because of Blackbery Service, sweat.gif sweat.gif . First i try Maxis, but after i found that 5MB is not enough for using Blackberry Service, so i want to port again to Celcom, sweat.gif sweat.gif

Not only you Angry, me also angry about Telco C now!!! What kind of lousy MNP service!!!! Apply it twice from 1/11/2008 Until now also no have any respond from Telco C!!!

Call & ask, they say they 1 day only can do 100 person MNP, then i ask them is it i need to wait until 6 months?? Then they say, really no idea about it!!! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Update!!!!

Now already confirm the reason why i cannot port my Maxis to Celcom!! It is because of that stupid Maxis not send my MNP status to Celcom, so celcom cannot do the MNP service for me!!! WTF!!!!!!! vmad.gif vmad.gif

Celcom Customer service asking me to call Maxis Careline to ask why my status still not send to celcom, later i will call........ & i believe that the Maxis sure will ask a lot of stupid thing & try to hold me in Maxis!!! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Now a day Maxis really like shit!! Now i believe it lost a lot of customer, when the MNP is running!!

*PS: I start to apply it from 1/11/08 until today 27/11/08 still cannot port to Celcom!!!! WTF!!!!! vmad.gif vmad.gif

Update!!!

- 1/12/08, i send all my documents to MCMC department to complaint that Celcom MNP service!!! mad.gif

- 2/12/08, already got MCMC staff call me & say my case has been accept & already in process, they will call direct to Celcom. WOW, really fast respond!!! rclxms.gif

- 3/12/08, i receive a call from Celcom staff at early morning, they keep say apologize, will promise settle my case in between 48 hours!! sweat.gif

- 4/12/08, 12:05pm already receive the message from MAXIS - We acknowledge your request to move. Thank you for being with Maxis and we hope to serve you again in the future. For further queries, please call 1800 821 123. ( Sorry, i will never go back to Maxis, tongue.gif & will not call you again, brows.gif )

12:15pm already receive sms from Celcom - Dear customer, your Celcom port rquest has been accepted & activation is in progress. Please wait for sms confirmation to change SIM card within 24 hours. TQ. (YEAH!!!! FINALLY!!!!! thumbup.gif )


PS: Please just send the complaint to MCMC, if you feel really disappointed about the MNP service from telco you choose, & don`t forget to send all the documents (application form of MNP from telco D,C,M, U) to them, & believe me call to telco MNP department is useless!!!!! vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif
