heh ur 1/4 right there fren.. MNP is not limited to porting numbers between network operators.. this is call inter network np.. mnp have many other aspect.. inter service np (3g - 2g), inter plans np (post - pre).. and this is just mnp.. if NP got 1 more extra,, geographical np..Why would anyone downgrade from postpaid to prepaid anyway?
