how about the line,
i mean that if switch from digi (016) to hotlink (012)
then the number stil 016-xxxxxxx , but the line is using hotlink line/frequency? how about the coverage? is it using digi's one or new hotlink's one?

You'll be using Maxis's network

I'm always on the road, seldom in Malaysia but I want to keep my number. Maxis's V50 plan charges me RM50 but I hardly use when I'm overseas. Usually just to receive SMS and calls.

Any suggestion on which plan shall I port to? I'm ok with prepaid or postpaid.

Digi prepaid is great for SMS while traveling overseas - free to receive, RM0.99 to send back to Malaysia. 365-day reload validity for RM30 fee.

Maxis is the same for 1st 2 criteria, but how about the third one?
