Just switched from digi to u mobile few weeks a go and badly regret it
Even in KL u mobile reception suck.
Now i want to switch to unifi mobile but u mobile rejected my request with reason "account is not active"
Called u mobile customer service, asking for reason, he also pening. My u mobile line is active, no doubt about that because i'm currently using it, and it's my only mobile no i have.
Wtf? Anyone know why?
