Should be. Applies to all.Not so sure about the datelines imposed by MCMC (macam-macam). I mean, isn't October festive season already?

MCMC = macam-macam ma. So... anyone tried porting? I remember reading that they're gonna be available in Klang Valley first, as a testing phase.

I'd expect a billing nightmare.
I mean, if your 012 pal suddenly switch to digi, for sure you're gonna kena charged extra without you knowing about it. Also, this sort of stuff can also open up a lot of dirty tricks by telcos? I mean, here and there they can give you hidden charges. But i guess digi users will be luckier lor. Calls to all telcos are same rate. |

Wait, telcos got dirty tricks to prevent porting???
And actually, how to prevent unscrupulous telcos from extra charging us ler? I mean, since we'll never know whether the person we're calling's on digi, maxis or celcom. Easy for telcos to add a few cents here and there also right? Sorry ler, the sms scamming stuff still fresh on my mind. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: Sep 15 2008, 10:55 AM |

Wah. But are the other telcos still doing sneaky things to prevent you from porting out?

I think he meant the Online Switch website. It's for postpaid only, I think.
EDIT: ok. It's supposed to be temporary, coz prepaid sim out of stock or something. Try again tomorrow. That's what my pal at digi say. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: Oct 24 2008, 02:08 PM |

Got this from a friend. It's a 'Switch' song by digi. Supposedly sung by staff.
Pretty catchy, if you ask me. Attached File(s)

QUOTE(giggs_509 @ Aug 5 2009, 08:29 AM) yup, maxis charge me for the data received for internet using wifi. when using iphone, 3g will automatically be use when wifi signal is weak. I'm sure you can change your phone settings to exclude 3g.QUOTE(-Teddy- @ Aug 22 2009, 04:39 PM) On Digi's MNP page: I'm guessing it's an industry agreed upon standard or an MCMC ruling.Meaning once I port to Digi, I cannot port out in the first 3 months? Is it Digi only or all networks? |
