Has anyone trying to port out from celcomdigi to maxis took over 2 days? Already over 24hrs after confirmation, still didnt get any done request?

Im not going to ccall cs, i straight mcmc, my friend do work in maxis, he said theres a flood gate amount of sns user flooding in maxis this month afte sialkom remove all digi user benefit, he also said got many customers complain cant portout last week.

Mqxis center: theres is no update from digi
Digi cs1: we cant find your number in system anymore
Digi Cs2: we cant check your number in system and we have server maintain. I request complain id prepare to mcmc.

5min later,
Digi sms: your request to port out is currently in process by your new service provider. For further assistance, please call new provider.

What the?

Around 4:50 successfully port to maxis.

I guess they already get it when i request complaint id.
The funny part is on cs1 i getting promo from digi the moment he said he cant find my number.
