QUOTE(devil&angel @ Jun 11 2009, 11:45 AM) Dear All, I have serious treatment like you when complaining at their CS. I just port my number to Celcom 3 days ago after paid all Maxis bill. Celcom services was fast though because I only need 2 days to complete. Today I called Maxis CS (dial 123) yet again to complain about my frequent dropped calls and missed call sms as or well as cant connect line. I have been complaining since February 2009, the matter was rectified for a while but past 2-3 weeks the problem has resurfaced yet again. My conversation with the CS left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. He only offered his apologies and “Maxis Technical People” are still looking into it. BUT IF you want to go ahead and cancel, I can bar your line now, but you must first pay all your outstanding ($124.90) BUT bear in mind sir, if I bar your line now, you cant use the same number for either Digi or Celcom. SO you better pay first, then walk in to any Celcom or Digi and register your MNP with them. Wow, Im like WTF, you are really asking me to go ahead and cancel my line, don’t you even want to offer me a rebate or something else? All he had to answer was “my apologies sir, if that’s what you want to do” I cant stop you! 12 + years I have been a loyal Maxis customer and this is how Im treated? Looks like loyalty doesn’t get you much now days. So I have decided to cancel my line, and jump to Celcom this weekend. Anyone else p/s Mod if this is in the wrong thread, I do apologise |
