For the benefit of all interested party, I would like to clarify this issue. As per my recollection, SKMM have previously issued new regulations regarding MNP procedure involving ALL telco providers, effective 12.00am 7th February 2018 as follows:

1. All prepaid numbers that wishes to MNP must be active for at least 30 days with its original provider.

2. For any MNP requests that does not fulfill rule #1, it will be rejected with SP51.

3. Service provider is required to send a confirmation sms for the mnp request and the user must reply within the stipulated time.

The above memo was also internally notified to all authorized onexox dealers on 7th February 2018 3:15pm

As far as I'm aware, postpaid is not bound by the 30 days rule.

In your case, you can convert your supp line to a main line and mnp out the next day.

You should have either successfully mnp to xpax by now. If not then call xpax CS to check further.

There is no longer any cooling off period for porting out from onexox prepaid or onexox black ... onexox have already reverted to its original mnp procedure whereby mnp out can be done immediately.
