Hello. I don't understand actually.

I'm now having a 017-601XXXX Hotlink prepaid and I'm planning to get the same 016-601XXXX but using Digi Prepaid. Is that what you meant of 'porting'?

Guys,

I have just applied for Maxis postpaid 2 days back after being a Hotlink customer for the past 4 years. But after reading all your replies, I think once my Maxis line is activated, I'm gonna jump to DG50 postpaid.

So, If I apply for that plan and add my GF as my supp line, then how much should I pay monthly? I meant, how the payment would be like, assuming that the bill would be billed to me.

My commitment (RM50) + GF's supp line (RM30) = Would I be paying a minimum of RM80?

And, does DiGi has any credit limit?

Advance thanks to those who could answer my queries.

i dont think the normal postpaid plan got any contract!!unless u choose the package which comes with mobile phone. did u pay any deposit to maxis??

anybody else can help up??

Thanks for your reply. Well, I did not chose any package with mobile phones neither did I paid any fees. I just changed it for free.

Anyway, I have just applied to switch to DiGi online. Looks like I gotta wait kinda long though... nod.gif

i wonder how u guys subsribe for any service without realise is there any contract or not.. you should know all the TOS and TnC before signing up. come on, be a smart consumer, dont just listen to the dealer.
*
I did read the TOS before signing the agreement. Since MAXIS is very good in 'hidden' things, such as hidden payments, hidden features and all those, so I thought there might be an 'hidden contract' as well, without me/us knowing about it.

Anyway, yet another query about MNP!

Guys, my current Maxis postpaid, I have used up to RM7.50 until now and assuming that my UNBILLED STATEMENT would show about RM15.00 by the time I receive my DiGi simpack, then should I pay the RM15 to Maxis before the porting could be successful? This is because DiGi did mentioned about settling all the "outstanding/overdue bills", and would that RM15 fit into that?

And, the delivery of DiGi simpack by City-Link, it is free right? sweat.gif

Successfully ported to DiGi postpaid (from Maxis postpaid) yesterday together with my girlfriend.

But now, in my condo, there seems to be some coverage problem. There won't be any line in my computer room quite often and it would jump to 1 bar, and down again to no coverage within minutes. Sigh....

As for Maxis, it is the same as well, going from no coverage to about 3 bars, but the 'no coverage' is not that often though.

Could DiGi do something about it?

DiGi GSM1800 is kinda weak....u may make complain by D'Chat or call up their customer service...give them your address!!see what they can do for u...

are u kl area??

Yes, I'm in KL area, from Sungai Buloh.

I could not register for DiGi OCS as I ported yesterday, so I guess I have to wait for another day to register for it.

Sigh..

So, for DiGi ambassador plan, we need to cancel the plan, switch back to the 'normal' DiGi postpaid plan and then MNP to other telcos?

This is what my friend said who is working at DiGi.
