If a celcom prepaid user wants to port to another telco, can the existing prepaid credit be transferred, refunded or will be forfeited, consider burn?

Any remaining credit will be forfeited so try to use it up first.

I see
What about the RM 10 processing fee + 60 cent stamp duty?
I ported to hotlink postpaid no such charges
But DiGi is charging it

My umobile postpaid outstanding is zero. However, next billing is on the 15th for past month usage. In this case, is my MNP request today considered as invalid since the statement not yet generated and will have outstanding? Or later after MNP to new carrier, umobile will send the prorated outstanding?
