wow digi good job can register online
After submitting your details, you will be switched to DiGi within 5 business days. You can switch to DiGi Postpaid or DiGi Prepaid, and get your SIM pack delivered to your door step. It's easy, free and fast.
Delivery of SIM packs is currently limited to areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. If you reside in other areas, we recommend that you visit any of the selected DiGi outlets to help you switch immediately.
Start Now! How Does It Work? Step 1 Register your details on this website
Step 2 You will receive a call from DiGi within the next business day (Monday - Friday) to confirm your registration and delivery details
Step 3 DiGi's appointed delivery agent will send a SIM pack to you
Step 4 Upon receiving your SIM pack, you are required to call 016-221 1800 to start the switching process. This can be completed within 24 business hours with the cooperation of your current service provider How Long Will It Take? From the time we receive your registration via this website, we estimate it would take at least 5 business days to complete the switch to DiGi. During this time, we would also send you a SIM pack and working with your current service provider to ensure you enjoy a smooth transition switching to DiGi. What Are The Requirements? Registrations are only open to individuals that meet the following criteria:
1. Malaysian citizen 2. Above 12 years old (to switch to DiGi Prepaid) or above 18 years old (to switch to DiGi Postpaid) 3. Possess a valid MyKAD
Please ensure that you also meet the following requirements before submitting your request:
1. You must have your MyKAD ready for verification when we deliver your SIM pack 2. Please settle any overdue payment with your current service provider 3. You must not be tied to any contract with your current service provider 4. Your current mobile line must remain active. You do not have to cancel it as this will be sorted during the switching process 5. You must indicate all your supplementary lines 6. You must not be blacklisted by any mobile service provider

2) You dont need to buy a new simcard
3) your 013 still stay 013 but the service is from maxis.

QUOTE(bobby25 @ Apr 9 2010, 11:41 AM) Looks like Celcom is at it again,i cleared all my outstanding as of yesterday 08/04/2010 at 10 am,i even called up the celcom cust service officer to confirm and he verified everything was ok.last night i received an sms from digi that celcom claims my outstanding is still not clear,i called up celcom again and screwed them..again they verified that i had no outstanding.I called up digi again to resubmit my application at 10pm last nite As of now 9/04/2010,11.30am,Celcom still has not released my number,i called up celcom again and the claim it was under process and they need another 24 hours. I really think all this is just a gimmic by celcom to retain customers..good bye celcom,i hope u guys rot in hell u can then port prepaid. Then immediate port to digi since prepaid u cant have any outstanding there no reason to hold u
