QUOTE(Dominic Toretto @ Jun 26 2015, 10:35 AM) I am okay with turn based especially Active Time Battle . And please include Active Time Event which they implemented in FF9 last time. Its like Tales of's skit but this time with full cutscene. still remember fighting the weapons using the ATB..one battle will set us back around 2 to 3 hours |

QUOTE(' or 1=1 -- @ Jun 27 2015, 02:25 PM) i've played so many turn based rpgs back in the day. just glad that western rpgs start taking things to the next level. I liked ff12's gambit system. It can be an automated for grinding and you really have no choice but to micromanage your characters for tougher boss fights. It's actually pretty complex when dealing with higher level foes as you have to change tactics based on the current situation considering positioning plays a part to deal with AOEs. If anything its probably one of the best combat system in all of the FF series i am actually waiting if SE will bring the HD version of FF12..what I like about the gane was its rich story and well developed characters |

QUOTE(tohff7 @ Apr 14 2020, 03:50 PM) People complained about paying USD60 because they already knew the story/plot from the original FF7. agreed. However, just looking at how polished the gameplay, graphics, etc (especially for long time fans of FF7), I believe it's worth the USD60 God of War 4 also launched at USD60. But, you don't see people complained even though both games have similar issues. For eg, people are complaining about the slow moving, tight space part in FF7 Remake - which is a way for assets to be loaded. GoW also similar where they use all those mini puzzle, stairs climbing etc as 'hidden loading screen' to load the next scene |
