Try change the security setting to remove password protection, save and reopen the file after that. You should be able to print the statement. It works for me.

RM0.00 AEON Credit: Sorry to inform that our forex rates were inaccurate from Oct15 - Feb16. Trxn differences & 1000points credited to yr Apr16 stmt.

I got this sms from Aeon Credit.
Check statement got RM 76.07 credit back to me & extra 1,000 point.
