Not other cards. when u called the hotline, did u talk to customer service or justcheck the application status via IVR? if i not mistaken, their IVR system has got no "watami" word recorded. better to talk to customer system to verify this, before filing a complaint |

current watami user.. just received call from aeon credit CS: offer to change to other card
opted for aeonbig visa - for the sunday petrol rebates and PPL access and AF waiver
was told that the new card will reach me by mid april and current watami card will be terminated by end april and meanwhile, i still can utilise the 3% cash rebate till end april
