Recently I recheck my aeon watami spending and rebates for the past 2 years because suddenly i get less than 3% quarterly rebate. I find out that their rebate is not consistent. sometimes more than 3% and sometimes less than 3%. I called the CS and find out that my quarterly rebate is actually not fall at the same date as was stated in the T&C. 19/11-19/2, 20/2-21/5... But my anniversary date is on 15th. The CS said they already corrected the date for my last quarter. However, even I recheck the rebate following the "quarter" that the CS mentioned, the rebate is still not tally. The same problem happen to my wife AEON watami card too.
