I just got AEON WATAMI credit card today.
Want to ask online bill payments are consider retail transactions for below T&C?

12. RM 50 Cash Rebate for Principal Card and RM25 for Supplementary Card
The cash rebate will be credited into the Principal and Supplementary Card account with any 2 retail transactions of any amount charged to the card within 60 days from card approval date. The cash rebate will reflect in the following month statement. Principal and each Supplementary cardmember need to swipe 2 transactions in order to get the cash rebate.
