I don't seem to get the cash back in this month's statement. My card anniversary is 24th April. This is the third month and my first quarter.

Anniversary date : 2nd January 2015

Approval date : I believe is 1/2 weeks before 2nd January 2015

2nd quarter period : 2nd April 2015 - 1st July 2015

Transaction: 27th March 2015 - capture in the rebate of 2nd quarter instead of 1st quarter

Your 1st quarter should be until 23rd July hence it is not shown yet.

The rebate is based on posting date.

I was saying earlier that the German merchant didn't charge my train fares to Aeon card. I have been checking on unbilled transactions but couldn't see it earlier.

However, after checking statement, it was actually there. How can this happen when not showing on my unbilled transactions? I suspected due to the posting and transaction date?

Thinking of getting this card, since I think I can spend at least 1k per month on it to be eligible for the 3% cashback.

Meaning if i got my card approved on February i can't request permanent credit limit increase till next FEB 2016?

or the T&C means only apply for those credit limit increase review in past 1 year and only apply after 1 year?

What did CS say? I'm still noticing the unpaid amount not shown in unbilled transaction for last month and current month too.

he said he will report it to HQ. I dont expect any action from him. just take it for granted. quite dangerous if got fraud transaction but not updated in system
