Not going to pre-order it.

Don't get me wrong, I had fun in the beta. But this game's worth is decided by how much the story content you can get from all full 20 areas.

The story on the shell seems weak, go kill these dudes. That's all. But if you spend some time in collecting the collectibles, they provide some backstory regarding the targets. I am interested on the background of the beauty queen (she granted overseas scholarship with her education foundation to make students drug mules lol)

And its Ubisoft which currently is on my pre-order blacklist.

played the beta about 1hr+ and not interested to play further. Feels just like the Just Cause series lol and Ubisoft story writing is seriously not worth dwelling further in.

Downloaded the beta over the weekend, and I gotta say, is not bad at all. Playing it with zero expectations (likely due all my hype in ME:A), it was surprisingly a good experience.

Pros:
1. Love riding the bike around the wildlands chasing trucks with loots
2. Nice graphics, getting mostly 70s to 90s fps
3. Gameplay mechanics felt similar especially coming from the division

Cons:
1. Vehicle driving mechanics, the vehicles doesn't feel right
2. Performance can have some lag, not game lag but well shite i don't know, play long enough, maybe you will find out

Assuming your talking about the PC version:
The game automatically set processor priority to very high. It will cause lag to external voice comms like discord and skype.
Could be the lag you mentioned as it will force your system to instability over time.

That's what I always do, its much smoother for me that way. But really depends on your system, could be hit or miss.

I doubt it will be a problem since i am using i7-7700k, but i will get back and try. TQ

how is everyone's performance so far? The beta ran better for me in this case.

Draw distance = high
turf effects = Off
motion blur = Off
Long range shadows = Off

The rest is either ON, enhanced or Ultra. Got myself 69 to 71 fps (if overclocked with MSI afterburner), did get a fps drop to about 45 whenever I visit Curta village

Yeah I think the OB ran slightly better for me as well but its still pretty good.

Running on GTX1070 at 1440p everything maxed out about 30FPS. Took the screenshot with Ansel at 5K resolution

I usually play with Shadows Very High instead of Ultra and tune down Terrain and Vegetation to get 50-60fps for normal gameplay. Absolutely gorgeous game, worth the lag

I am dissapointed I expecting ultra at more than 60fps Time 2 ditch my 1070 after 1 month and hantam 1080ti then hahahaha

After paying thousands for a pc, i learned to keep my expectations in check when comes to gaming in pc lol.

I think you can get around 50fps at Ultra at 1080p though but yeah definitely go for the 1080Ti

Now only you know

1440p all the way full hd is dinosaur already like VHS hahahaha

My thoughts on the game :

Rant
Highly Repetitive
Story line are plain
Loading time for the game is like 1998
Bugs are common
Gun fights (enemy and AI can shoot through walls)
Freaking memory leaks

Super Rant
Pac Katari is a dumbass/Ass**** (Spawn heli on me, insta kill)
AI's (friendly) are mentally challenged
No splash sound when enter into any water
Game feels incomplete (ubisoft trademark)
All land vehicles (from cars to tanks) feels like they have the same durability (if not, they scale terribly)

Praise
Map/terrain design (dare i say the best yet)
Graphically
Co-op element makes it more entertaining
The draw distance icon_rolleyes.gif Quite incredible i must say (By LG988)

Overall an average game, dont know why i expected any different from potato-lembut. Feels like a chore to play alone, so go and grab a friend.
I give it a 7/10
