 Old Maxis Fibre Account Re-Activation, After moving houses and not paying

Hi there,
As per title, I've had a change of address about three months ago, and have only just settled into my new place, so I got a few matters needing clarification;

1. In between moving, I actually went outstation for a family matter, and my bills went unpaid. I got back, and long story short, my housemate got us evicted, by neglecting to pay the rent, and other bills, including my Maxis bills. Now having settled into a new place, can I get my old account back?
2. If I can't, can I just get the details of my unpaid bills, so I could clear my accounts, and not be blacklisted.
3. If I can, since my contract is up, does moving means a renewal or otherwise?
4. Lastly, do I still get my early bird monthly rate of RM118? This determines whether I stick it with Maxis, or just go down the Unifi road.
