My case is I keep on received msgs from 23268 saying that I subscribed their video.
Everytime I received this msg, my credit was deducted for RM2. And this happened almost everyday to my number!!
Everyday my balance was deducted RM2 for no reason!!
Then I called Hotlink number 1300 820 120. Yes, they terminated it.
But what happened is I received the msg again and it said my subscription is renewed. And my balance get deducted again.
PLSSS LOOK SERIOUSLY ON THIS MATTER!!
I am really pissed off already. Is it that someone in Maxis hooked up with outsiders to make money in such way?
I totally lost my trust in using Maxis!!!

Pls ask for refund and make a formal complaint to hotlink in order to complaint to skmm / cfm
