Hi everyone

Im' traveling to Bangkok this coming CNY with my boyfriend.

Stay at Sukhumvit for 7 days.

I need some advice on the MUST GO PLACES in bangkok that will not lead too far off from our trail starting point which is Sukhumvit.

So far there's too many places i want to visit, but i don't wanna waste too much time on something thats not really worth it. Checked on some internet sites but still i would like some insider reviews that have been to the place

Right now the list of places i would like to visit is as per below (if you have any recommendations/suggestions.. do add up to my list )

1. Caberat shows (not sure where is the best and near to sukhumvit)
2. Floating market (where is the best? read some reviews Damuen not very good?)
3. Chatuchak weekend market
4. Siam aquarium (issit worth it to visit?)
5. Zoo (issit nice to visit?)
6. Palace

8.
9.
10.

Also one thing very important, my bf plan to get on ground tour packages when we arrive in bangkok. i.e. like those half day tour / 1 day tour. If you know any good tour guide services or packages, let me know also

Reason why we didn wanna book online is that online will be slightly pricey compare to when you get it from there and also we don't wana get cheated too

We have shortlisted a few hotel.

Right now im looking forward to boss suite at sukhumvit.

Read quite a bit of reviews seems not bad. But my bf complain scared later buffet breakfast all 6 days will be the same

Temples the main ones such as?? Heard there's quite alot there.
Markets can specific? I figure all markets will sell the same thing laa.. no point going to too many of them right?
floating market, crocodile and snake farms are they all on the same track.

My added list after a few research again..

8. Elephant show (where to see the best)
9. Tiger zoo (and i mean real tiger not those thai girl type)
10. Museums (any recommendation? wanna have a feeling of thai history)
11. The river cruise dinner (wan fah dinner cruise. isit nice and worth it ?)


Anyone any recommendations?? You can be specific so its easier for me to do a google map search then i can draw out a trail of my bangkok adventure

- arrival at Bangkok
- check in to hotel + RnR
- lunch nearby sukhumvit + walk around along sukhumvit
- optional to visit nearby shopping malls
- dinner + mambo cabaret show
- back to hotel + rest

18/2, thursday.
- breakfast at hotel
- visit to chao phraya (enquire short tour)
- travel boat along the river
- visit to wat pho temple
- Visit to Grand Palace
- back to hotel + rnr + massage
- dinner + siam niramit show
- back to hotel + rest


19/2, Friday
- damnoen floating market, Ratchaburi (enquire short tour)
- Rose garden
- crocodile / elephant show
- river kwai + tiger temple
- back to sukhumvit + RnR
- dinner + patpong night market
- back to hotel [or] foot massage

20/2, Saturday
- breakfast at hotel
- ayuthaya visit (enquire short tour)
- back to hotel + MBK shopping mall
- wan fah cruise + dinner
- chatuchak weekend market
- back to hotel

21/2, Sunday
- breakfast
- Manohra cycling tour + Bang num peung floating market
- hotel + rnr
- visit Siam Paragon mall + siam ocean world (optional)
- go to chinatown market + dinner
- foot massage + back to hotel

22/2, Monday
- breakfast
- Free and easy day of shopping and walking around
- **Bangkok Sky Restaurant - Dine in the Sky Tour
- suan lam night bazaar + Joe louis theatre


23/2, Tuesday
- breakfast
- rush to bangkok airport
