just curious...
1. is it best to travel during december till jan? that time weather not hot but windy?

2. if i stay nearby chak tuk chak, need to go suan lum night bazaar far? or go see underworld sea?
*
answers
1. december and january normally quite peak. lot of european like to travel there coz their countries are winter season. will feell a bit colder during night.

2. if u stayin nearby chatucak it's very convenient to suan lum night bazaar by underground train, and MRT to silom (underworld sea). rclxms.gif

first of all, when u think u wanna pray (solat) where will u go? the answer is "mosque". in bangkok actually has a lot of mosques and almost every each area has their area mosque. so the mosque area defenitely have many muslim restaurants. trust me...... smile.gif

theres a little arab town near nana station. all the arab foods like kebab and stuff. there all got the halal food. but outside that area its quite difficult. some markets got halal food stalls. dunno where though. my sis used to buy a bunch of stuff to keep in her house. maybe that was JJ. hmm.gif

yes, near nana station (sukhumvit soi 3) is little arab town. but when we travel to thailand, defenitely wanna eat thai food not arab food, so why don't we pay a visit to our "Rumah Allah" defenitely u can find local thai food with "halal"...... smile.gif

u can try Chaleena Hotel. very nice and affortable.... Ramkhamhaeng is a university area. lots of student and lots of muslim hawker stall there.... but very far to city and jam too (around 1.30hrs). but i think u can use " boat taxi" to city. tongue.gif
