one thing i've experienced in bangkok. we lost our ways at night and walked towards this women who was apparently waiting for a bus. we asked her how to go back to our hotel. she asked if we have a map..but then she still didn't know the way. in the end, she rang up two people to ask for the way back to our hotels. very kind, very helpful. i doubt malaysians would do that xD
