going there next week. staying in sukhumvit too.

i just made a reservation in Suk 11. the hostel is near to BTS station (Nana). try google and go to their website.

haven't been there yet. but from what i read up, you can go to both of the place via BTS. chatuchak in mo chit station, pratunam in chit lom. i might be wrong, k? correct me if i'm wrong.

one question to ask, anyone knows what type of plug are they using? 3pin or 2 pin? if two pin, the flat one or the round one? tq.

i will be going to pattaya for one day. will be staying in sawadee hotel. seems near to the beach but i'm hoping it will be in walking distance to beach street too.

btw, is the H1N1 epidemic serious there? so far i've only heard of 4 confirmed case in Thailand. hope it is fine there though. but to be safe, i may buy a face mask and wear it at least in the airport.

for suit there is so many prices. depending on your bargaining skills. i made one before and was kinda crappy they use cheapo thread so yeah.

i go here to make shirts though.

http://www.tomsfashion.com/about.htm

i was quite happy with their work. can be done in 24 hours or less if really required. i forgot the price though.

tumpang tanya, what is the fastest way to the Grand palace? other than taking taxi of course.

i was thinking of taking BTS to Saphan Taksin and then take the boat, but then i saw there are so many stops in between. if like that, i will only arrive at night. lol!

any ideas? any bus from Suk 11 straight to the temple then? tq.

take BTS to Ekamai station. from there, walk to the ekamai bus station.

go to the bus stop and buy the bus ticket for express bus to Pattaya. the bus is in blue & white in colour.

Don't take other type of bus and ignore those guys who come to you. those buses also go to pattaya. but instead of going straight to pattaya, they stop at every stop.

i had bad experience with it. instead of a 2hr journey, it became a 4 hr nitemare...
