I went to KLCC MAXIS Centre to Register MAXIS "PAY BY PHONE" SERVICE by Using my American Express Platinum Charge Card.

But until now I still haven't receive any about the "PAY BY PHONE" service pin number ,

I couldn't make my Postpaid line payment via my Phone ,

System keep asking the 6 digit number for verification purpose before processing the payment.

When I call to 123 to seek for advice , Those officer asking me register Maxis pay , and pay through online better.

Come on , there is different way , I think they are lazy indeed to service customer.

Please help me investigating as soon as quickly ,

Because I want to make payment via" PAY BY PHONE" service by using Mine Amex Platinum Charge Card which I've registered at KLCC MAXIS Centre Since yesterday.
