I'm trying to login to the Maxis Selfcare page (https://myaccount.maxis.net.my/wbb/Default.aspx) but am getting this error message - Authenticating AD User Failed. I've changed my password few times but still the error message occured.

Please look into this as I want to monitor my Quota usage.
