This is setback of the Strata Title Unit. It was spelled out clearly in the Deed of Mutual Convenant that you signed, there is nothing much you can do.But, are they (developer) liable to compensate me for inconvenience (wall hack being major work) or there is nothing I can do about it except welcome them each time the units in lower lvls have leakage?
