As a general rule, all existing xpax with basic internet cannot extend to 1 year / 2 years validity (including but not limited to MagicSim, Turbo, #Kelentong) ... All older xpax (IOX and older) can subscribe to EXP1/EXP2 ... |

QUOTE(UN1T3D @ Jul 29 2018, 05:35 PM) Hmmm ..... Sad but odd. My XPAX package used to be able to extend validity for years until this year.As a general rule, all existing xpax with basic internet cannot extend to 1 year / 2 years validity (including but not limited to MagicSim, Turbo, #Kelentong) ... All older xpax (IOX and older) can subscribe to EXP1/EXP2 ... |

Shame Celcom not offering 1 year validity for new plans, guess it's time to find the alternative due to how short sighted Celcom is regarding this issue

QUOTE(xtemujin @ Aug 15 2018, 10:46 PM) What Celcom can do is give option to customers to change their plan that allows the extension of validity minus the free basic internet. Celcom aint going to care about old customer like you and me lo!!!!If you want option to change plan...go Yoodo aka Celcom also...there can adjust sms..call..internet every month to suit your taste. Now Booster 20GB for rm20 data...cheap liao This post has been edited by MakNok: Aug 16 2018, 07:36 AM |
