Hello guys, am looking for a new classical guitar for adult beginner (yes beginner who has no knowledge & has not really play or hold a guitar before). What would be the recommendation on brand/model/size/price/etc? Budget probably around RM600-700+. How about Takamine classical entry level? Heard solid wood top is much more expensive?
Thank you.

Yes, I tried it at the shop actually. The feel is ok but just not sure if it's ok for beginner when compared to other brands/models & also if the price is reasonable. I was also recommended with cheaper brands at 600-700 (also solid top). Thanks. This post has been edited by 1282009: Jun 21 2015, 07:25 PM

So did you compare the feel of other brands and other types of guitars? eg. acoustic, 3/4 acoustics, for me when i was a beginner myself, i prefer the feel of acoustic vs the classical necks, cause i felt it was bulky, so if u spend over 500 for a guitar might as well go for the ones ur gonna be comfortable playing for a long time.

u said u are a beginner right? rm850 more than enough already, perhaps overkill.
