hai can you deactivate hotlink voicemail

Hi. You may refer to the steps as below after login to your Maxis apps.

1. From Main Page of Maxis application, click on your Mobile Number.
2. Click on Value Added Service.
3. Untick "Dynamic Voice Mail & Missed Call Notification"
4. Scroll down and click Apply to confirm the changes.

can you let me know how to deactivate voice mail using hotlink app?

also, i notice i'm being charged for incoming call even through i'm not picking it up during roaming. is it due to voice mail?

if you are roaming and unanswered calls get sent to voicemail, you will kena roaming charges due to the call routing through overseas network

I never realize it until it slowly consumes all my balance lol. every call cost me RM1.75 and I didn't realize it for years and kept reload thinking it was due to data (i don't turn on data roaming either).

I don't understand why they charge RM1.5 for a call that I never even pick up (especially those spam calls)

@Maxis @Holink, pls guide me on how to deactivate it via the Hotlink app. I'm unable to register in Maxis app because I'm a Hotlink customer.

@Maxis @Holink stop my hotlink voicemail service. hav send PM to you. i do not want this service. anyhow charged me after i reject the call. more worst when i'm roaming. in 1day RM20 gone, all cause by spam call.

@Holink/@Maxis Please deactivate our hotlink voicemail service for two numbers . I have send PM to you. I do not need this service. Thank you.

Call 100 and ask them..they will do immediately
