I've used the AirAsia flight last year. Already planned to stay the night at the airport. But the flight arrived on time. And immigration was super fast and I had no baggage. So I hopped onto the monorail and connected to the Yamanote line to go to Shinjuku. Spent the night at a capsule hotel there. Your only issue I guess is whether the flight gets delayed or not. Expect no delay when you are already at the airport as everything there is super efficientto Haneda before. It's supposed to reach at 10.30pm.
