If u're paranoid, there're coin lockers. ¥300 ¥500 ¥700 for small medium & large.

Last time I arrived at late night in KIX. we left our biggest bags in KIX and bring a small bag contain changed of cloth and toiletries.. we book an average room in airbnb that is close to airport and the owner does service of picking up from airport. so no worries of getting the bus whatsoever..

the next morning travel back to KIX, collect the bags, bought Kansai Through Pass and travel to our hotel in osaka.

coz I'm travelling with tolders.. so cannot just spend time in the airport waiting till morning..

Winter clothing in Japan during winter won't be cheap. They'll be cheap come spring.
The cheapest place to get winter clothing is actually those bundle stores.
Yes, they're 2nd hand. Yes, they're from Japan.

refer to earlier question....if the rate is high then it's good for those changing JPY to MYR.

If changing MYR to JPY of course need to be at the lowest rate possible.
*
very sayang to change to MYR from JPY.. although it might not be good to be travelling with the current situation.. saving those Yen.. did not get any interest .. hohoho.. if put in FD/GIA might got something back..

I tried to claim back tax refund at Haneda airport somehow it failed as the immigration officer removed my purchase receipt clipped with the passport. Also I couldn't find any tax refund counter at departure hall. Anyone having the same problem too?
*
nope, refund done at the shopping mall itself.. and they will pack it for you in big clear bag and seal it shut. then they gave you the tax refund.

I use google maps. Also quite important to check which exit you want at a specific metro station. I spent so much time figuring out which one gets me nearest to where I want to go cos I skimped on preparation and just planned out a general route.
*
i got so much trouble with train gates... since not much preparation.. (my own mistake) .. fortunately, the japanese is really kind and assist me all the way to the train gate.. although he might be going to the other side.. make me feel embarrass and thankful at the same time... a few of them claim they work in Malaysia before.. kind of cool

What kind of trouble you have experience? Aren't they have proper signage?
*
some have proper signage.. while some might be a confusing coz I cannot read kanji that much..

if you come out from a wrong exit ... it cost you time walking..
