After went through few hours flight, straight go to disney? U guys sure got lots of stamina, and where do you plan to sleep overnight?

Hi, my japan trip coming soon in mid-Dec.as we'll be arriving haneda late at night, i plan to stay overnight at the airport and rent a car from nippon the next morning to lake kawaguchiko & fujiten resort.
Is it safe to drive without using snow tires within this period?thanks

How is the traffic out of tokyo say at 6am? I'm going to pick up my car at haneda and drive to Kawaguchiko lake around that time and hoping to reach Kawa b4 8am.
