Hi, I'm going end of Nov too in a group of 8. We will be entering from Kansai, then Tokyo. Does anyone knows if I can buy the Tokyo metro 3-day pass (1,500yen) before arriving Tokyo?
Online sources mentioned there are travel agencies who sell them only if buying with travel packages. Anyone knows if I can buy from JR West office? TQ http://www.tokyometro.jp/en/ticket/value/travel/ |

Update: IIjimio SIM card in JTB Malaysia is currently out of stock till end of the year. I've just bought the last pack.
