I always used Tourist / business purpose to visit Japan.

Depending on where u stay & where u plan to go in a day. Probably a Toei one-day-pass, a Tokyo Metro one/two-day-pass if u're gonna take more than 3 times subway a day. Get urself a SUICA.

Just got back from Japan. Immigration custom check passed *finger crossed*

None. If just in Tokyo as a tourist, just preload a suica / pasmo and pay per ride.

Those shop open more than 40 years some open since 1945 after ww2
Plus I always go Tokyo, those shop still there.

Ya, plus those shop only can sit 8 ppl. Night time whole area will full of people. Everyone will come here lepak for beer and snack. 15 years ago same, 15 years later also same.
