reviews stated Tokyo is the cleanest, most well maintained and best service.

My upcoming will not be cheap    Just the air tickets cost me RM4.5K as I will be taking SIA this time and right on 2016 New year Eve. The same hotel that I booked at Nihonbashi is selling at RM350/night instead of RM150 during my 1st trip    Furthermore.. I will be buying JR Rail pass traveling to Hiroshima /Osaka & Kyoto b2fore back to Tokyo.. Atleast RM12K  for 3 based on my rough estimate

Any sifu advice below:-
1) Do I need to buy JR/Osaka Amazing/Kyoto Day/Tokyo Day Pass for example?
2) Roughly how much to allocate on transportation on my journey?
