I Just looked at my account balance just now and my account balance reduced for rm4.50 without any notice from SKYDO WAP and ive searched that this problem has also occured to other Hotlink User
As A Hotlink User for nearly 6 Years...this problem really2 need to be fix as this is the first time it occur since i became a hotlink user.

I Have also Attached the picture of the problem that i complaint about.
