with chalk, double overhand, 160
with chalk, mixed, 185
currently trying to let my thumb getting used to hook grip, so anything under 100kg i will use hook, but above 100kg, it hurts like a bitch
its very easy to train grip, just use double overhand as much as you can, for barbell row, dumbbell row, deadlift, pull ups, every single thing. even biceps curl also you can train your grip, just hold it as hard as you can

QUOTE(ya u mad @ Jun 19 2015, 11:14 AM) thats alot more than me, but im not using chalk. i use double overhand on everything bro, its nto really helping If the reason you failing your grip is because you have a wet and sweaty hand, use chalk, rm20 chalk lasted me almost half a year, its cheap But if the reason you failing your grip eventhough your hand is dry and grippy, just your finger cannot keep the barbell in place, then try to do high reps deadlift at appropriate weight. I feel like doing 10reps of deadlift at 120kg trains my grip more than rack pull 150kg and holding it for 1 minute. You can adjust the weight according to your feeling.

QUOTE(ya u mad @ Jun 19 2015, 05:02 PM) you can hold 150kg for 1 min? holy shi tt im holding 140kg for 3 sec the weight starting to fall off, i have girly hands my gym doesnt allow chalk may i know your 1 RM on deadlift? 1rm with mixed grip is 180 If your gym does not allow chalk, there is liquid chalk, or chalk ball. Im sure they dont allow chalk is because they afraid it will cause a mess, but chalk ball and liquid chalk is pretty clean. Liquid chalk leaves no trail at all but they are pretty expensive
