I also applied through email today.

I think we can wait a week then email the cs email or call them.

Called them today 603-21768000 to inquire about PBVS card application status.

The automated system requested me to check status using my IC number, however there was no record.
Called again, this time opted to talk to a customer service person. Quite pleasant and friendly.

By right after online application, we need to wait 2 weeks to call and check.
But she did a check and saw my details being loaded and under process.

Will call back in a week to see status.

Just called the PBB IVR to check on status, suprisingly it has been approved.
I also spoke to the CS officer and they confirmed it. Sending normal mail to home address using POS Malaysia.

Just got this card yesterday.. thanks to this thread.. manage to move on after #ripM2Amex

I have activated, swiped and register for the rm68 phone (later sell back to lyn cheaper)
I also manage to link my existing pbe account to my card within seconds

to register
pbebank.com > account > PB Card > Add Card(require PAC)
to start managing
pbebank.com > account > PB Card > Credit Card Summary

Ohh... you are right... I just tested this out...I cant go to payment > to own card

Called up the CS, have to go over the counter and fill some forms up..

How you know.. Did you call and ask?.. Or you got SMS?

just paid mpsj assessment(uob payonline) and majlis sepang(http://ekl.mpsepang.gov.my).. i will report in if get cashback for mpsepang site..

tried using posonline.. got error for credit card.. unsuccessful... called the poslaju CS.. they blame the credit card bank block online transaction.. even after i explain that i successfully paid to uob payonline... geesh!..

also i talked to our PBB CS about the rebate cycle.. she was so sure it was based on calendar month.. its statement month cycle right??.. ronnie also mentioned in the 2nd post..

Just unsuccessful.. No other error code.. If I really want to follow up.. Need to screen capture email to care@pos.com.my.. Which I should becoz iwk still need posonline..

Is there any difference using paywave and normal cc mode?.. MCC codes and rebates will still apply same for both?.. I personally think it should be the same bcoz the receipt comes from the same machine.. I read from the first pbvs v1 thread.. If paywave transaction takes longer to be posted..

Another question about the supplementary card.. V1 says its combined principal/supp cards rebates at 6%.. But someone said the rebates are separate for supplementary.. Meaning principal 6% and support 6%.. Anyone with kisah benar on this?

Officially.. It's 6% per principal acct...

after 2 months with this card.. today only got a call to verify home address to send the phone over.. im glad my 2 months CB manage to cover the cost of the phone, rm68

manage to sell off my Promo Samsung J1 rather quickly to a LYN forummer @270.. no hassle..
he is still looking for this model as he is a phone trader.. his details is in my wts post..

it will be nice if supplementary card has its own rebate.. if I understand this correctly, sup card will have its own 6% rebate ?(another rm50) on top of the principal card's rm50 ?

also, i notice PBVS can pay indah water (iwk) bills from the public bank online bill payments using the card.. I just tried paying it.. Not sure if I am eligible for the rebate because i have done a bunch of airasia/hotel bookings as well this month.. is there a way to identify from the statement ?
