Not really, MBB VS's benefit are quite minimum(5X of TP when spending in overseas) and you need to spend rm50000 a year to get AF waived.
PBB's VS you only need to swipe 12 times a year and AF will be waived. So if were to get full rm50 of cash back every month, 12 swipes requirement are easily met
