Going to apply this card to replace maybank AMEX since the 5% rebate is not offering anymore..

Anyway just to clarify..
Grocery, does it means other than stated in #1, other departmental store like Tesco egate Penang will not entitled for the cash rebate?

And 12 swipe will be getting waiver of annual fees right?
