just got my 12% cashback for week 3 after filed complaint last two weeks. was tipped to get cashback for week 8 too but it hasn't show up in unbilled statement yet.

Would like to share my card application process and timeline:
17/7 Submit application form and documents through email (acknowledgement email received on same day) 22/7 Called CS to check and confirmed that it's in their system (since 22/7) 24/7 Called hotline and input IC to check > Successful  27/7 Received card by Poslaju Yay, I'm officially in! |
