I just walk in to the branch n was told that there is RM10 service charge.

Mean u r not entitled for the campaign coz u r existing AFT customer.

But it is not guaranteed.. So u need to pay RM10 to try ur luck whether to get RM50 cash back.

The Cash Back payment will be credited into the Participant’s principal credit card account registered under this Promotion within 2 - 4 weeks after the end of each subsequent week and shall be reflected in the Participant’s credit card statement, itemised under “Every Swipe Counts - Week 1 to 13”.

Just want to know anyone got the cash back for week 1?

Then I've issue, I done a hotel booking at 00:10am on 12 October but my statement show transaction as 11 October and posting date is 12 October.

Normally they will give u standard answer until u lodge complaint. My case is airasiago. I experience once with Maybank Amex. But, I just need to show the proof of the SMS alert to their generic email of card service centre, they credit back the cash back to me. For PBB, seem like they looking for proper channel > complaint letter

I dislike their system.. U can't add card urself in the online banking. I dunno wat security measure is that.. That's ur own online banking n already login with ur own password, y must the cardholder go to branch to request the link to ur online banking? Worst is sup card holder must go to link themselves n 1 time visit can't settle, 1st visit, can't locate the card to sup cardholder in their system, 2nd visit only able to link.. So troublesome..

I've some question on Every Swipe Counts campaign...
1. If all transaction done by sup card, will the cash back credited to sup card holder or principal card holder?
2. If both card also swipe, the total swipe count n cash back will credit to principal acc?
3. Anyone of u got the cash back count from ur sup card too? My case is sup card approved after I send in the SMS registration.
4. Can I split my bill to principal n sup card holder? So not so obvious is split transaction 😁

yes, that's y i said it seem sup cardholder is having more authority than principal cardholder. anyway, this is their system for separate credit limit for sup cardholder. But, you can still call up to ask them to read wat transaction is posted to your sup card acc.. I did the same last week.

for my case, my sup cardholder went to branch n was told that nothing can be link (coz they can't locate the card that suppose to tag to my sup cardholder), they asked my sup cardholder to go back after 2 weeks. after that I wrote an email to screw them and ask them add directly to my sup cardholder online account since they have did watever verification they want. then, today i saw the sup card holder's online banking under Add Card showing my sup cardholder card and I just link it with SMS verification.
