FYI, PB promo is always very stingy. They won't make it easier to get.

If you are being exact, I can say I'm not sure. It's a grey area, unless you have tried it. So far my spendings are before the statement date. Perhaps other members can help you.

Anyone has any luck paying only one merchant and got all the cashback. like pay maxispay rm80x5. so far seems like everyone is paying using many portals to avoid suspicion.

Sometimes i wonder if they only see the MCC code or really see the type of transactions. If you see the statement, it does say what type of bill you pay even if it's by UOBpayonline. Either they choose to be ignorant or they really can't see.
