But...Agoda is not shown in the first page online transaction list 

Just called them. They say the reason for rejection is P&C. 
The guy say usually it's insufficient documents or P&C and mine is P&C. 3 months later only can reapply. Wtf.

i just applied pbb vs in their branch today, if let say they eventually only offer the platinum card, can i turn down the card (without activate it) ? or need to cancel it manually?

Hi, just noted this change of T&C. I have done a few times of access to PPL with this card so far this year, each with >5x overseas transaction. May I know if I'm still eligible for the 3x free access this year based on the new T&C?
